Campbell Hausfeld PL151999AV 16-Gauge Pneumatic Nibbler

Cheap Campbell Hausfeld PL151999AV 16-Gauge Pneumatic Nibbler Review

What a fabulous tool. I had two sheets of 4'x8 'steel 18 ga epoxy cut into six pieces. The local store sheet metal was reluctant to touch it for fear of damaging the painting, bending rather than shearing, blah, blah, blah ... I cut about 38 linear feet with this tool very quickly, saved $ have someone else do it and got a nice little tool and more. Works well against a fourth "straight line. The tool has left a small line in the suface painted, but can be retouchedeasily. Better to have more air (CFM) as possible. My compressor 6.9 CFM was below the recommended 7.8 cfm and so I stopped occasionally to let the compressor catch up. It is best to wear a latex glove on the hand holding the tool to prevent discharge of oil from the exhaust mount on your hand. Also, I have been using small pieces of tape to mark the ends of the cut better ... to remove these before cutting through the tape because it can cause chips to the ball, rather than fall freely.
